We create a platform for easy accessibility for both home-seekers and home-owners. Bexel Homes was founded by Mrs. Blessing Okoko. It emerged from a practical need she discovered through various personal experiences. While working as a substitute teacher, Mrs. Okoko learned of another teacher whose spouse had been transferred to a different location, and he required a temporary place to stay as a stopgap until they found a suitable home. Her son also faced difficulties finding a short-term rental apartment while interning in another state. Based on these experiences, Mrs. Okoko launched Bexel Homes to make finding a short-term apartment easier for everyone. This online marketplace connects people in need of short-term accommodations (such as internship students, transferred workers, vacationing families, etc.) with property owners offering flexible rental options. The Bexel Homes app connects people seeking temporary housing with homeowners ready to provide it, making transitions smoother for everyone involved.
